There IS an uncensor patch available for IxSHE Tell!

The patch HAS NOT been verified - proceed with caution.

Verifying patches means owning the games, which while I would love to own every lewd Steam game, is not practical for me at the moment.

The patch link below is the developer's link, taken from the NekoNyan website. If there are any issues with this link, please let me know on the Contact page.

The downloaded archive is a 7-Zip, and as such will require the 7-Zip application, or another program that can read them, to extract the contents. 7-Zip can be downloaded at the publishers website: https://www.7-zip.org/

Install Instructions:

Open the Steam game install folder (right click the game in Steam, Properties, Local Files, Browse Local Files...)
Download the patch archive from the link below
Extract all the 'root.pfs' files from the downloaded patch archive into the game install folder mentioned above, overwriting the files when prompted
