Verifying patches means owning the games, which while I would love to own every lewd Steam game, is not practical for me at the moment.

There is a fan patch available that both re-adds the cut content in the Steam version, and updates the translation. This patch information is taken from a Reddit thread over on the IMHHW subreddit.
The patch install involves running a third party .exe. The Mega link provided below is taken directly from the official Reddit thread mentioned above, however take extra caution as I have not verified this, and I accept even less responibility than usual if there is any issue with this patcher!
