Install Instructions:

  1. Open the Steam game install folder (right click the game in Steam, Properties, Local Files, Browse Local Files...). Inside that directory, there will be a folder named 'game'.
  2. Download the patch archive from the link below
  3. Extract the contents of the downloaded patch archive into the 'game' folder mentioned above, overwriting the existing files when prompted

It's Working If:

In the 'Options' menu, there should be an 'Adult Content' setting - ensure it is set to 'On'!
