There IS an uncensor patch available for LVN Fake News!

It can be found as DLC for the game on the Steam Store: LVN Fake News - Adult Patch

If the Steam Store page isn't working, you may be able to install it by either clicking the following command or running it directly on your PC: steam://run/1215680
Note that this will immediately run the game and start downloading the DLC if possible - you may need to close the game and wait until the DLC finishes downloading for the patch to work.

This game can be uncensored through through Steam directly. This is the recommended way of patching - the below alternative details are provided in case this is not an option for you.

Install Instructions:

1. Open the Steam game install folder (right click the game in Steam, Properties, Local Files, Browse Local Files...)
2. Download the patch archive from the link below, and extract it onto your computer somewhere
3. Copy the JScript Script Files (extension .json.js) into the 'data' folder of the game install folder mentioned above
4. Navigate into the 'resources' folder, from there into 'Graphics', and from there into 'Backgrounds'
5. Copy the PNG images (extension .png) into the 'Backgrounds' folder you should be in
